Delete account

In the app: Profile tab (bottom menu bar, right) → settings wheel top right → scroll down → "Delete account" → confirm in the dialog. Deletion is immediate; all data is removed within 30 days.

Request my data (GDPR Art. 15)

In the app: Profile tab → settings wheel top right → "Contact & FAQ" → "Request my data". You'll receive your full dataset in a machine-readable format (JSON) by email — usually within 30 days.

Report or block a user

On the Discover screen: scroll to the end of a profile and tap "Report / Block". In chat: three-dots menu top right → "Report / Block". The person won't see you or be able to contact you after that; we review reported cases usually within 24 hours.

Cancel Pro

iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → malla Pro → Cancel. Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → malla Pro → Cancel.

SMS code not arriving

Check signal and number. After two attempts you can request a new code. If it still fails, email support@themalla.app.

Account banned

Appeal at support@themalla.app using your registered email.
